The free operational audit is provided as-is, at no cost, as an initial discovery engagement. The audit reviews your current after-hours operations and identifies potential revenue leaks based on the information you provide and publicly available data about your business.
We make no guarantees regarding specific revenue outcomes, recovery amounts, or projections. All revenue estimates provided in the audit are illustrative projections based on industry benchmarks and client-provided information. Actual results will vary based on your specific business context, implementation quality, and market conditions.
Any revenue estimates, opportunity calculations, or projections provided in the audit or on this website are based on industry data and the information you provide. These are estimates, not guarantees. After Hours Audit is not liable for any business decisions made based on these projections.
Implementation of the recommended systems — including AI automation, call handling, CRM integrations, and other technical buildouts — is a separate, paid engagement. Paid implementation projects are governed by a separate service agreement signed at the time of engagement.
Receiving a free audit does not obligate you to purchase any implementation services. There are no commitments or lock-in contracts of any kind resulting from the audit itself.
Upon completion of any paid implementation engagement, the client owns all delivered systems, code, documentation, workflows, and integrations. After Hours Audit retains no ongoing rights to systems built for a specific client.
There are no lock-in contracts, no recurring licensing fees for custom-built systems, and no vendor dependencies created by our work unless specifically discussed and agreed upon in writing.
We do not use long-term lock-in contracts. Any ongoing retainer or support agreement is month-to-month unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. You may cancel ongoing services at any time with 30 days written notice.
Our services, including the free audit and all related recommendations, are provided as-is without any warranty, express or implied. After Hours Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our audit findings.
Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to After Hours Audit in the three months preceding the claim.
